Code of Conduct

Every member of the school community must uphold dignity, respect, and honesty.

Respect & Courtesy

  • Treat peers and staff with respect
  • Use polite and inclusive language
  • Maintain classroom decorum

Safety & Security

  • No bullying, harassment, or violence
  • Report unsafe behavior immediately
  • Follow emergency procedures

Discipline & Integrity

  • No cheating, plagiarism, or vandalism
  • Respect school property
  • Adhere to teacher instructions

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Minimum 75% attendance required to sit for examinations
  • Students must be present by the allotted reporting time
  • Leave applications must be signed by parents/guardians
  • Medical absence should be supported with valid documents

Uniform & Identity

  • Prescribed school uniform is mandatory on all working days
  • Proper grooming and hygiene must be maintained
  • ID card must be worn and displayed inside the campus
  • No inappropriate accessories or footwear

Examinations & Evaluation

  • Internal assessments, unit tests, and term exams are compulsory
  • Unfair means in exams lead to cancellation and disciplinary action
  • Re-tests are at school’s discretion with valid reasons
  • Project/practical submissions must meet deadlines

Fees & Dues

  • Fees must be paid as per notified schedule
  • Delay or default may attract late fines
  • No clearance, no hall ticket/TC issuance
  • Receipts must be preserved for future reference

Digital & Devices

  • Personal devices are not allowed in classrooms without permission
  • No recording/photography without explicit consent
  • Follow cyber safety and privacy guidelines
  • School IT resources must be used responsibly

Health & Safety

  • Follow lab/sports safety protocols at all times
  • Report illnesses or injuries to the medical room
  • No possession/use of prohibited substances
  • Evacuation drills must be followed seriously

Disciplinary Procedure

Fair, transparent, and corrective steps for policy violations.

Verbal Warning

Teacher issues a verbal warning and records the incident.

Written Note

Written notice sent to student and parent/guardian.

Counseling

Session with counselor/discipline committee as needed.

Action & Review

Appropriate action taken and periodic review for improvement.
